Windows 10, irrespective of the versions comes with the Remote Desktop Client allowing you to connect to other windows. The Remote Desktop Server on the other hand, is restricted to Windows 10 Professional or Enterprise only. This post gives a guide on how to enable Remote Desktop Server on any versions of Windows 10.
